Mugen Stage appears small

Title pretty much says it all .heres a picture. I have really know idea what the problem is as soon has i put in a new stage and deleted the default stages and played the new stage i had it did this.
What happens
.When ever i move it copys it and leaves it there
.You can't tell when the health goes down because it keeps copying
.The sprites are all small for some reason[/li][/list]

You are using low res stages on high res mugen.

Get Mugen Plus, it works with both kinds of stages.
