Strage...today I started my day like most others...Check in to sites I do a weekly look in to see if anything gets up dated, check e-mail, get sit down and get ready to work...Yet today I go shocked by something...MUGEN China, a forum that catalogs the daily updates all around the MUGEN community's, seems to have banned American IP's.Now I'm not sure it's just me or what...Yet finding this out came as a shock...Does anyone know whats going on with it? Is the "Forbidden" page just my IP range?
Same here.To be fair, all the Western people did there was literally "nice car +1" posts so they'd qualify to download whatever was released in a topic, only a handful ever contributed anything (this from the times I visited it). Of course they wouldn't have to kick out the nice cars if it wasn't for the asinine rule of having to post to download, but that's another topic.Or there was just another reason, maybe some char of theirs edited and released here or whatever.
Posting before you download. Usually posting is a means to criticize and give insight. How can you give insight when you don't know what you are giving it to?Other than that, I was about to join Mugen China, as well. Now The Sovereign of the Hall seems not to be worthy of audience.
Ah, my Second-in-Command. Always there to comfort me in official matters. And only, it seems.Sarcastic as hell, otherwise.
It's china, though; so I would not write it off as their fault right away, there might even be some government proxy setting going on.
No problems here. Infact, now there's an English language option. I would give more feedback but I heard you're not supposed to anyways (with KOFZ).

Ok, check back today and I can log back in...That was an odd episode though...It might have been whatever site was hosting it decided to block IP's yet they might have noticed and fixed this...ether that or maintenance with a "Forbidden" page freaking me out...Well thanks everyone anyway making sure this just wasn't me if anything else.
