-bug fixes

I didn't announce the other updates because I was too busy with work but I got time now. Anyway I changed some slight things on rugal that allows easier combo'ing out of f+B etc. Small stuff that only people who use my chars would notice.

Nice to see you've still got updates coming out.

EDIT:
Rugal:
-P2 can air recover after Gigantic Pressure if Genocide Cutter, Reppuken, Kaiser Wave, or Gravity Smash is used during the combo before it.
-He can juggle out of close B, far B, and the first hit of close D still.
-He's missing guard hitsparks on both hits of God Press and the first hit of Gigantic Pressure.
-Resets still don't work properly.
-c.D<Dark Barrier combos even if the sweep isn't a counter.
-EX God Press is missing its first guard sound.

Rugal:
-That air recovering crap still happens.
-God Press is missing its second guard spark.
Akuma:
-Can walk over P2 after they're thrown.
-The two halves of the HD meter glow separately sometimes (probably happens on the others as well).

-Cause I didn't tell it to, I didn't care about the AI using it or not.
-No it cant. Are you sure the char you're using cant just hit projectiles like aof chars. check their hitdefs for P eg. MAFP or something.

I've seen Rugal hit it with f.B before. Unless you somehow fixed it, it's still happening.

on my end rugal loses to it even with all the priority in the world. That or it just keeps going till it hits him and ignores his red box.

Krauser:
-He can juggle from his sweep into Blitz Ball, D Leg Tomahawk, his DMs (haven't played source for a while but probably shouldn't), and C Kaiser Throw without it being a counter.
-Half of the time when I try to do a B,QCB motion it comes out as a backdash. It only happened after this update.
-The command leniency for Kaiser Wave and Gigatech Cyclone is kinda ridiculous. Almost every time I try to use Kaiser Suplex, one of those two comes out instead.

The normal rugal's (not KOF98 omega) genocide cutter (strong version) has some positioning errors for the 1050 sprites, especially if u watch animelem 8-9, where there's a sudden shift back to the left.
