i wanted to use the mvc 3 lifebars by hloader but the problem is i dont know how to create the custom portrait for it.I have FF(fighter Factory) and PS(photo shop).anyone know how to create the portraits?
follow the steps in the image below:Get the frame that comes along, and also grab a sprite twice the size.With transparent background drag the frame onto the char as shown in the picture.Delete everything that is outside of the frame and also delete the frame.Save and then convert to pcx with 256 colors.using FF, place the images created in the X and Y positions to 0 with no shared palette.if not the frames, save that image, because the frames are the exact size for the job.
