changelog:
-fixed bug where assists could trigger level 3
-most debug stuff fixed.

So in a little more than a month here we are. I have to say I had a lot of fun making this one and even more with the AI but that's my thing so I usually always do. Ken was updated to match her standards for the most part. The biggest change is that I added proper mvc3 ground teching which is usually seen in hilarious ways during actual matches in the real thing etc. Hopefully you all enjoy her as much as I do(did/will?). I've got one more mvc3 char left in the tank but we wont be seeing him for another year.

The AI on for your Ruby Heart is too hard. If I complain hard enough, maybe you'll nerf it.

-Her Schwartzalle feels really loose and fast compared to MvC2. When doing it in the air, she moves so fast that it leaves the camera behind oddly. Almost like you have the screen bounded during the move, I'm not sure if you do or not.

-Your Miru Fantome is nice, but I find myself missing her normal version of this where the ghosts come out on their own. It was good for zoning and getting in some good cheese damage with her.

-No plans for the wooden barrel super? Forgot the name of it.

All and all, it's an interesting take on her. Plays pretty nice. Thanks for the share.

I forgot about most of that to be honest. Most of it is dealing with mugen acting up with vars even when I have triggers that should prevent it. Oh well

That was the idea, it's a lot more loose for combo reasons. It was not working out when I had the mvc2 version in place. Also it's because of how I coded it, the camera is not being affected. It's ruby that has posadds going on because of me bending her and her fx. You see in mvc2 any angled move that appeared to be used by her even her water fx was done programmatically. I replicated that but due to mugen's weird camera system it had that as side effect.

It sucked and was utterly useless by far. In the days of mvc2 anyone who let you get away with that probably wasn't that good at the game. I'm sorry but that's the facts man. Making it a counter made the most sense to me on how to make it actually useful. You see the problem was until the chest opened if she was hit it went away so most people who are playing properly would hit her way before it does anything useful.

Ah it's just not a char by me unless there's a day one patch. I think all the debug flood is addressed and the other stuff but the jump thing cause I can't reproduce it. so updated.

Lol! It's all about how you pull it out man! I didn't just throw it out there. I'd do it behind the cover of or off the hit of her Sublimation, combined with an assist cover. Like Ironman's Repulsor Blast or Iceman's Ice Beam or something. I still have the game on my PS3 and use that against the com and peeps often. Yeah, there's risk involved, and it's not the most useful super, but it was nice if you could get it out. Though, the way you have it is fine. It is your own take on it after all. Wouldn't vibe too well especially with the assist choices you gave her I suppose. Tis all good.

Dems the breaks. Oh well, it's cool. Very nice port and small port btw. JZ can really hook those small ports up when he wants to.

Having a ton of fun with Ruby Heart so far.
- Landing Sublimation after Sabretooth's assist can cause the opponent to fall through the floor.

This character is pretty fun. You've done it again Kame.

-Idk if maybe im messing up,but sometimes the assist will appear on the opposite side im facing, even when im in the corner.

So far im liking the character man. i feel like combing with her is....tricky compared to the other MVC3 characters, mostly just trying to get the ship super to connect after the chain attack =__=.

To be completely honest I've never seen said winpose in action on mvc2. Like I tried for hours to get that one but I always got the "take my hat off" pose. So what you're seeing is what I believe it was. As for the phantom, I didn't put it in because I didn't know where it went so I was hoping someone would tell me about it <_<

I've yet to see that, record it and send it to me.

As for the ship, you can combo into it from anchor grabs around a certain time after ruby hits the opponent. Colossus assist is the easiest confirm. You also can do it from H water pillar if you time it perfectly when the opponent is knocked down. The AI will show off one of them randomly.

-Yep, there's 1 frame where she can be hit when it connects and she can xfc it too. I know it's ridiculous but I designed the ship to be 100% self-reliant.
-I've never seen an opponent unbind so can you be a little more specific to what happened?
-I feel stupid for not considering that possibility. However things get a wee bit complicated when you consider helpers that have their own thing going on. I'd have to make the counter not work on them or something along those lines. I have an idea of what to do but I'm not sure if it will work out. Seeing that I'm at work we won't know probably for at least 12 hours.

Alright the issue where helpers could trigger level 3 has been addressed. Unfortunately it meant that now they can just cancel it out but hey that's life.
