  • I didn't notice until now but all the date/time stuff was changed (instead of showing the time things were posted, the forum says 11 minutes ago, etc). I really dislike this, is there a way to make it optional on a user to user basis?
  • Unsolved icon (https://mugenguild.com/forum/Themes/mfg/images/post/unsolvedX.png) is borked
  • The quote button in the post reply editor thingy doesn't look very... quotelike. It's not really clear that that button is the insert quote button unless you hover over it.
  • Getting to unread replies is pretty annoying from the dropdown menu.
  • Spoiler tags that have text in them (like say
    Spoiler: this is a test (click to see content)
    ) don't work
  • There's no button to insert spoilers

yeaaaaaaaaahhh we actually had a double-utf8-encoded database for the longest time, but the old software didn't care and it all worked out because I dunno. fixed that now.

I don't know how much I dig this particular look...I'm way too used to the old one since that's been around forever now (did the site ever have a different layout before?? I've been here a good 4-5 years and don't recall an older layout...), but if we have to adjust then we'll have to adjust. I just hope this doesn't break getting PMs and such, since the site generally auto-tells you when you get them and whatnot...


Going to the Unread Replies thing is kinda annoying but oh well...

there are relative timestamps now, which will mess up if your local timezone is not set up correctly. go to your profile and use auto detect :)

Wow, why am I suddenly receiving mail notifications even though I didn't subscribe to the topic ? And I can't even find where I should tell the forum to not automatically subscribe to a topic I reply to, I have to ask it to send me "nothing at all" about topics I subscribed to. (the "unnotify" option apparently does nothing at all even if I check the topic in the "Active topic subscriptions" list, it's still there)
