Sure, together with the complaints and notifications by us all the new theme will sooner or later be as good as the old one, or better, but how it was introduced now with many bugs is anything but professional.

I might see it different than most people.

Anyway, whats up now with the small and too bright fonts for the threadnames. Will that be changed?

For tab browsing can we remove "The Mugen Fighters Guild - " From them too? Before hand it ONLY showed the title name. Heck I still have the Updating Stickies thread opened in a tab from before the switch over

Unsolved/Solved icons are missing on the Help forums.

Threads that already had them keep them but you can't create a new "Unsolved" thread nor can you change the icon to "Solved".

God knows we have to keep it professional here on this forum dedicated to a free fighting game engine.

But I forget what you consider professional:
professional according to GBK: crayon drawings of MK characters

unprofessional according to GBK: experimental forum technology being created on the fly and tested out in a community of coders

sorry, I couldnt resist. I don't think there is anything wrong with us being guinea pigs in this case. you probably do see things in a different way (being OLD and CRANKY!!

), try to look at it as helping someone out instead of being inconvenienced.

Well our bot detector is missing, will that come back? I actually did check that thread every time I logged on and once in a while even zapped one

Yesterday. And it's already a lot darker than before. The "AUGH MY EYES" posts have stopped, at least, so I guess that's a good sign

Collecting TODOs..

- Getting to unread replies is pretty annoying from the dropdown menu.
- Spoiler tags that have text in them (like say

Spoiler: this is a test (click to see content)

) don't work
- There's no button to insert spoilers
- also, does anyone else see a red triangle above the "p" in spoiler?
- (the "unnotify" option apparently does nothing at all even if I check the topic in the "Active topic subscriptions" list, it's still there) this works for me, I just removed a topic from that list on my profile

- board index layout problems ( http://i.imgur.com/EuR0j.jpg )
- board pagination doesn't work with filters in the release and wip forums
- show member names instead of display names somewhere in the membercard or thread view mouseover
- relics from the karma system
- previews don't work

I think the reply notification is inactive for me now atm. Seems to be working.

It works now, it did nothing this morning.
And apparently the "Notify me of replies." doesn't check itself by default anymore, it did a few minutes ago. I checked, then unchecked, and saved the "Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic." in my options inbetween, it's all I did, but it wasn't checked in the first place... Well, it seems to be fixed now, so it's fine.

I saw that when you are on your profile, exactly in "Summary", the logo is there, but when I go to "show stats", "show content" etcetera "The Mugen Fighter Guild" is written in black fonts.

I still don't like having so much pure white (#FFFFFF)

While the old layout had pure white, it was only for separating sections as topics and posts had that light-blue-ish color (#F0F4F7) as background.

Also, stickies should have their old color (#E8D8CF), I keep mistaking them with locked topics with that gray color.

And yeah, I'm too much of an aesthetics-fag.

My eyes thank you for finally changing the color scheme and getting the font to a readable level (of course, I may just have it at max, I dunno). Surprised how much I miss the preview image function, but it was really useful. More so than seeing the avatar of the OP of a thread when I can read it right under the thread title.
