While your palettes don't actually look bad, I am finding them to be very uninspired from a concept point of view.  You should try something that isn't a homage/reference palette, or if you do decide to do one try and limit them to characters or sources that fit more with your character choice.

And actually you got a point there, I was just brainstorming ideas and just executing them without thinking how well they fit in the character. Thanks for this

You could change the backround color to pink or any other color.
