No one mentions about how there's no such thing as rare characters.

But, while I'm at it, though, use mugenwiki (link is in the rules section). I know that at least half of those characters are online.

and the mugen wiki doesnt?
do they even update the damn site? thiers to many Offline characters. (ect.)

I found all my requests from Esnips actually, except for SF3 Elena. I will try out the ones you sent too, again tyvm :D

Eh, it's database, the character doesn't have to always be online.
The site tells you the character exist..

Although I know Mugen wiki isn't perfect, I know that half of those characters are online. At least last I checked them.
