After not working on my spritesheets anymore, i decided to upload this spritesheet and maybe this char will be on mugen one day.
It's Dural from Virtua Fighter Genesis. Also the other VF characters were too hard to ripped them off. But this one was easy.
See if you can rip more sprites like this.

You have to ripping this? awesome!! Im working just right now in this one for make in CvS grapics like my Akira Yuki...have you plans for ripping the select and menu sprites?

No i haven't. Plus I'm done with this, but if you want her I'll say go for it. Be sure to credit me of ripping these sprites.
