So I gotta ask: Are these clowns actually doing shit to people or are they just freaking people out?? News reports claim that all it is is imagery late at night. A friend on my Facebook page recently dressed himself up as one of these creepy clowns and posted a pic. The irony is that he is a police officer.

While they are creepy, I do think they should be allowed to roam around since there is not really a law against running around at night in a menacing clown suit.

Now, if they are attacking people, then that is a different story.
