My entry for Renegade MUGEN's current stagemaking project

I may end up adding more features to it if I can figure out how (ie: Mike Nelson walking in with the bots for an intro), but a lot of it I intend to suggest to Elecbyte for adding to MUGEN's engine (ie: SND files for stages, limited access to .cns sctrls for native character interaction).
