An edit of the latest Nanoha by Finir. Mostly because the character had too many overpowered attacks that did 50-200% damage on the opponent, but had a difficulty in using them due to lack of power and high recharge times.

What is changed and how :

-Max power is 9000
-Character has a constant power generation rate. (Original version's most attacks gave 0 power)
-Most attacks' wait time is reduced.
-Normal attacks (punches and the like) do more damage.
-Normal Starlight Breaker costs 4000 power, does 700 damage, 300 on defense and once it hits, opponents cannot move/teleport out(Added holding beam effect). (Original version was instant ko most of the time)
-Strong Starlight Breaker costs 5000 power, but can only be used above 7000, and does 1800 damage, 900 on defense so it basically is still and instant KO attack.
-Sealing costs 2500 power, does about 25% of the opponents life as damage and you gain life equal to the damage. (Original did about 600 damage in total)
-The attack on command D,F,y+z deals less damage on defending players. It can be used above 3500 power.
-Protection works the way Evil Nanoha's (pal 11,12) do, but does a lot less damage. Also costs 500 power to use. (Original evil version was ridiculus, near 0 power cost, and 25% damage)
-AI changed to be alot more efficient. Get ready for a tough fight.
-The Evil version (Pal11-12) is unchanged, but this version is mostly for the reason to have no need to use that. It's really cheap and overpowered.

And one for Vita :
-Constant power generation added (Most of her attacks used power or cartridges, but they didn't generate power, and cartridges are limited to 5 for an entire match), Max power is 9000
-Attack modifier for loaded cartridges +8% each. (Original was -50% for none and +50% for all 5)
-Stronger, more aggressive AI. Weakness doesn't fit the image of this character.
-A few attacks(where it was necessary) do more or less damage than original. Namely the fire birds do less, and the fire that uses cartridges does more. Fire birds now cost 1200 power instead of 800.
-Everything else is unchanged.

I currently tested Nanoha

I find it strange that when I reach power to 7000 to max when I jump she automatically uses starlight Breaker

the 698 hits for starlight breaker was removed and the 999 hits for the starlight breaker ex was also removed

and the cooldown meter it switches position from left to right where Nanoha is

Overall her AI is good when I tried it on Arcade she mostly uses her Divine Buster, Excellion Buster, EB ACS, after that she'll be using Area Search. I like her Protection which explodes after 4 hits

The 698 and 999 hits were removed by the original author in the last update I downloaded from his site. It made the code a lot simpler so, I agree with his decision.
For the cooldown meter, I didn't touch that either, so it's was like this as well.

The starlight breaker hmm, you mean you are playing, have 7000+ power and the CPU activated the attack when you didn't enter the command? I remember activating it immediately after Area Search as it includes pressing the direction keys and z, and I ended up pressing them in the correct order by accident. However unless I actually enter the command she never attacked for me. Or perhaps you were using the 9th palette?
Let me know the exact conditions of this happening, as I don't see anything in her code that might cause it right now.

I currently have 2 nanoha takamachi the one updated on 10/17/2008 ( The Latest Update) and the one you edited
I tested each of their starlight Breakers the original still shows the 698 and 999 Hits

I think It is Better if the 698 and 999 Hits were included when executing Starlight Breaker and Starlight Breaker Ex

I redownloaded Nanoha from the site, and it does only 1 hit for me. I suggest you redownload it as well, and check. The old one I had did that many hits for me ,but this one don't. (Actually, it does hits for 0 damage, but those won't get counted, and are for keeping the opponent in place only)
Why is it so, I do not know, probably there are 2 Latest versions?

The reason why 1 hit is better than 698 is the better control of the amount of damage. Not only makes 698 hits the calculation error from possible rounding up or down 698 times bigger, but when 698 hits are done by multiple hitdef controllers, each doing 1-6 damage but executed multiple times, it's harder to adjust the damage as well. I admit the more hits look better however.

Anyway, I think this matter has the least possible importance.

No, It's from the 4.01 one. (Look at the date of the topic...). I downloaded the 5.01 today but didn't notice any significant (no new attacks or anything like that) difference at first sight. If someone actually knows whats new, and it is something that's not already changed in mine, I'll add it. (I can't read Japanese so the readme.txt doesn't help much)
