So, I'm wondering how to put a custom sprite characters of my own creation into mugen.I have no experience in using mugen so I really don't know what all I need or what I'm doing.Any help would be helpful. Download mugen. Then go into the Docs folder and follow tutorial 1 through 4. It pretty much tells you how to code your guy. Fighter Factory is another helpful tool. Once you learn the basics come ask advanced questions you have here.And creating a good character takes a while, its no swift process. (Even creating a bad one takes a good amount of time).
