Hope I'm not butting in by answering this. If you're looking for the game itself, http://randomselect.piiym.net/ has 3 different versions for Windows, but I'm pretty sure they're all pretty similar. If you need characters or stages, this forum is a good place to start. If what you really need are screenpacks (add-ons to change the appearance of MUGEN), you can go to sites like Mugen-Infantry to find a few.
