I honestly have looked everywhere I can think of to try and find this character, but all of my searches have failed, would anyone happen to have a download of NES Link?

I know he's pretty rare and I'm not sure who the original creator of him was, so I was hoping maybe someone here could help me get him but if not that's fine.

"Hard to find" isn't an existing thing in mugen either.

Well I'm sure there are a couple links out there for this character (If there weren't this would be a waste of time) but I certainly can't find them, most people I've asked about it have said that he's hard to find, so if any of you are able to find him, I would be very grateful.
