maybe they will create a capcom all star fighting game with every fighting character they have ever made up! i would so love to use garuda in non 3d format mwhahhaha.

it could be another dino crisis or some other game title they havent released anything new for

Garuda was made by Arika and doesn't belong to Capcom, like the other guys in the SFEX series.

personal opinion: I think C. Viper could use an extra move or 2. maybe a feilong-ish super-punch using those eletric gloves of her. or a grab move that would rocket her and the opponent to the other side of the screen using here air boosters on the boot. I feel that so much focus were put on her costume storyline-wise (like. everyone complains about her bringing weapons to the ring, but no one said a word about Vega and his Claws) but it was downplayed when it came to gameplay. Eletric gloves, Flamethrower Boots and Air boosters are just too cool toys for merely adding damage to regular moves. she could have done more with them. from all IV SF'ers, whe was the only one that gave me this vibe of being incomplete, or that she has a lot of wasted potential.

Uh.... You either haven't played with her, haven't done her trials nor you haven't fought someone who mains her.

She sorta is, its just that you need months of practice to use her full potential (Cancelling qcb+p to add more attacks to the combo, cancelling moves from her super jump, etc)

But anyways, Viper has a fuckton of moves so I don't see why you think she needs more :|

specially the 2 last ones.

I'm a guy who likes options. so, even tough I was really interested about her before the release, the guile-size movelist turned me off, and I haven't played her enough beyond Single Player unlocking run.

you guys got me interested on her again. Gonna do my homework on the subject later.

Guile has the worst movelist in the world, he's not very interesting to watch or play, doesn't look cool. Waste of character space.

To balance it out we require Guile to have a PRESS

On Viper : the knuckle is pretty short, the kick can miss when you don't expect it to or when you don't see much of what's going on, the hammer, like all moves of the kind, has no real visual help, the super jump is pretty situation-specific and doesn't make an option you can use out of nowhere. In the end, most of her movelist is situation-specific. I'd relate her to Eagle in CvS2 who has "one situation <=> one move" except she has half less moves.
Anyway. I still think a new/revamped Rockman or a new Strider are possible candidates for something mind-blowing, a renewal of DarkStalkers would be interesting after Ono showing interest, and I'm praying for Justice Gakuen 3 or CvS3. [/attempt at being on topic by repeating previously posted opinion]
