Whoa!! Not too bad M. For being one of your more original stages, this one certainly feels just right. It reminds me a lot of Jade's Desert as its very bland and desolate. Not that bland and desolate is a bad thing.

Thanks for another well done MK themed release. :lugoi:

And now that I think of it, have you possibly tried to recreate material based off of other titles, like old school SNK or Capcom titles?? Elements from both side scrolling and fighting backgrounds would do well by your treatment. Example: mixing elements from the original SF2 and Captain Commando. Just a thought.

I'd like to report two robots on the MFG forums: One is EXShadow. The other is Saikoro.
There should be a Saikoro plugin for Photoshop.

Now that you mention it, you should make source accurate stages for MK 1, 2 and 3. Mugen needs better content than what's already available. This, of course, comes from a true and devoted classic MK fan!!

Nice work again, pal.
I just think the water could have some animation.

  • Are you pondering what I'm pondering?

Interesting. My first thought (before I read this) was I loved how the water was still and reflecting the landscape like a mirror.
I think so, but isn't Regis Philbin already married?

@O Ilusionista: the water is animated tho  :) it maybe because of the reflection from the mountain that it isn't 2 noticable.if the numbers are changed in the def where it says (bg mountain reflect) where it says alpha there's two nrs after it lowering them will bring the water more to the front and the mountain reflection less noticable, glad you like it buddy and thx for your comment

@MissBHaven: glad you like the stage and thx for your comment.

Still cranking out the Mortal Kombat stages, eh? Nice work!

Do your best to become stronger. Become stronger, so you can do your best.

Mugen is a way for me to remain nostalgic with all of the dream matches I cooked up as a kid. It's also what I call a "Digital Action Figure Collection."
