Hey everyone. I played mugen a while back. (when evil ken and ryu were all the rage). Well im back and I would actually like to give to the community. Just looking for tutorials to help me create a screenpack. I've been looking around and i cant seem to find any. Hopefully I can get some help here. See you guys around.(mostly the gfx section)
