Looks good, I honestly don't like the exploding kunai  or the clones, it's just not Minato's style, and I don't even think he uses katon.
But it looks good, I really like how you implemented his thunder god jutsu, you should make teleporting rasengan as well, and if you need pals, I'd be happy to make some.

Instead of the fire jutsu, would be cool to use the grab of the game ultimate ninja storm generations, where he launches his Special kunai and appears behind the opponent.
All the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"... and I'll whisper "no."

alright thx u guys, but in my defense the sprite sheet i used did have the fire style in there just sayin
