I personally Don't favor MvC style Myself..it seems Too ...uuuh how you say? Ridiculous and Over exaggerated, Hit your Opponent in the AIr and do an ZOMG 50HIT AIR COMBO!! and smash them to the ground...

if talking about mugen.
Alhough i like a lot of creators characters who make them Mvc style but with their own touch thats the only ones i bother with...I just can't stand MvC..but i don't necessarily hate it.....Although there is a certain Someone who taking me there --;

Marvel super heroes was one of the most balanced fun games I ever tried. It made Marvel style well. The worst one was mvc2, at a certain point strategy got replaced by shiny fx and amount of fireballs.
Something that contributed for that was the tag team stuff, remove the teams, re add the mediums and tone down the sprite reuse and mvc2 could have been great.

When playing MvC or MvC2, it should be required when playing a new comer to have Dan on your team. If they lose to Dan, you have two options:
1. Tell them to GTFO.
2. Say "That was too easy." and stop playing.

If they beat Dan, however and whether you win or lose, you must play them twice before judgeing if they are a challenge, not good enough or that they can and will rape you at it whenever they want.

On topic:
I have 2 teams.
Cyclops/Ryu/Megaman. (Ultimate 3 person hyper combo. 3 giant lasers at once is awesome.)

Roll/Morrigan/Akuma
I don't know....it just works...

I never played much of MvC2, (considering the theater kept the game for a few months then replaced it with a crappy racing game) MvSf was pure awsome though
