The Mugen Fighters Guild - New Screenpack! Need Ideas...

Ok the color scheme may look familar to you guys (or maybe not) but I was formely known as LiquorandChicken (you can search the guild)
I was known for making screenpacks, but never released any of em. I'm back again bouncing around another idea of mine.

Enough for the introduction, but I need some ideas.

First ever 1280 x 720 Screenpack, I would love to use Mugen 1.1 but my PC can't handle it.

I am struggling on what to do with the center portion of the screenpack (the part with the crappy select screen logo thingy)

I want to learn how to set the stage select thumbnail selection for the select screen so you can see the stage image as you select for a stage. Note: The center portion is just a image not the stage select
like how I want it.
Anyone can point me into the direction of a great tutorial for that?

If not, what do you guys think I should do with the center portion if I'm not able to learn that skill? I'm trying to work with the knowledge I have.

Note: Little to none animation skill.

Base for this screenpack is DEAD OR ALIVE 5 by EnlightendShadow (DOPE AS SP BTW). Thoughts on the SP is welcome
