New "Spam Fightin" feature isn't working properly.

So apparently the new "Spam Fightin" feature isn't exactly working right. The original thread states "3 posts in a timespan of 15 minutes. This limit does not apply to users with any kind of star in their profile" however I'm still getting the spam warning. (even though I do have a couple stars on my profile) Is anyone else having this issue?

Well it hasn't happened to me since I first made this thread, so I suppose it might have just been a temporary bug? (If that makes sense :P )

changed the way the relevant permissions are handled. might be better now? please do report if this ever is a problem, stuff like this is easily overlooked while inconveniencing people.
