Very good, this one. At least her astral never slows down MUGEN and doesn't have that irritating singing.

I want to know how they got those effects. It was ripped straight from the game so...artmoney? Would that even work Blazblue?
Anyways, looks sexy. Two characters down, a dozen to go.

Neat Unsou ripped them from the PC version.

Anyway this Noel is alright, but she's missing some important combos.  5A, 6A, 6C for instance does not work at all, and that is an important bnb for her.

The effects are ripped in a way; I don't know how Neat did his, because he mentions a program that actually snapshots the screen while playing the game.

It's mainly disabling the HUD, the palette and blackening the background. I'm doing it the way Neat has it set up, instead of screencapping within the game, I'm mainly recording it in a video then screencaping from there. Getting the effects are much faster that way.

I'm sharing his tutorial again here.

On topic: Just downloaded this, I'll try her out and post feedback when I have the chance.

Well, aside from the lack of comboabilty, this is the best Noel conversion so far.

I've tried this Noel when it first came out and I downloaded this version/update.

It still has many problems the previous version had. There seems to be misaligned sprites(easily seen even in the standing animation), the sprites look rough around the edges(character base sprites could use some cleaning up). But the main problem is that this character has TONS of debug floods. I thought they would be fixed by now but they are not. Pretty much everything causes debug flood.  :( and for a little nitpick of mine, the character itself is too large in size.

I was sadly disappointed with this update. :( It could have been better and the author needs to fix those problems if he want his Noel to be the "best".
The only Mugen creator on this site without a "gay" purple name.  :-X

Little known FACT: If you use the equation, (z)velocity = (((x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2)^.5) / time and z = a small decimal number in mugen you can get something that follows something else. Useful for heat seeking missiles, black holes, magnet effects, a projectile aimed for an enemy's head... Seriously, try it! It's awesome!
