This update is special because....

-I finally had the time to do pretty much everything mentioned in feedback from other threads of mine, OR I at least tried to improve something that I couldn't fully fix which will be fixed when I know more about coding.

This character plays like a hit and run type character. It has great speed(depending on the mode you chose) but does little damage. She has no level 1 supers but she gets power faster than my other characters but also has no powercharge. Also her level 2 supers are very damaging.

Huh? it should work perfectly fine. Try turning off your firewall. Sometimes you need to do this to download from media fire or rightclick target save as

I dont know if it's just me, but the thing is all the other characters on ur site can be downloaded. Only Noel shows "There's a problem with your download" or "Access to webpage denied", with or without firewall, by clicking the green button or saving link as :S

Awesome sauce, gonna definitely give a few of these a shot. Which reminds me, was Rachels lighting nerfed? Last version I had you could spam the lightning attacks she had with no cooldown and no consequence. It probably was mentioned as one of the fixes under debugging, but I just wanted to be sure.

Other than her, Im looking forward to seeing how Tsubaki handles now (haven't had a problem with her before, so something for me to look forward to).

I suggest you to grab that Potemkin made by a certain creator that imitates Tager as reference for the Magnet stuff. It doesn't work exactly as in source, but it's a good base point to start.

What type of web browser are you using? Maybe that's whats causing the problem...

Oh yeah, I checked out Tsubaki's AI and she definitely has quite the strong AI indeed. Now Im just working to remap the controls to match the PS3 controller I use for the game. But I must say great job on Tsubaki  :sugoi:

I do remember that the lightning costs 500 power, but even when the bar is completely empty she could still use them (well, the older version that is). I really need to find time to test this one out.

Anyways, keep up the good work, and I'll let you know how my testing goes with some of the others (once I make time to do it that is)

Just tested out Rachel, and she still can abuse the lightning sadly to say. Even with the reduced clsn size, it doesn't change that the lightning can still be spammed even when the bar is at zero. The crouch + lighting is pretty much the only thing you'd need to spam, and without a limit to its use, nothing really stands a chance.

Sorry, I'm one of those types of people with the: "English voice actors suck cock" logic. :P I mean, watch a fight with Ragna in the real game with his english voice and hear the AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH pain sound, it's SO bad that it's fucking hilarious.

Hmm, occasionally some of them (namely Tsubaki and Hakumen) get an error during loading and force shut down the game. Never seen that with Rachel, and the only other instance I've seen of this is in some of the stages I have. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything out of the norm (I haven't tried the others yet, but I could test them if you'd like).

If I may make a suggestion for the crouching lightning, maybe have some sort of cool down time after its use, since the second can immediately follow the first, allowing for pretty simple comboing and devastating damage (either that or the cpu I used this on just doesn't know how to block). But when I think about it, the limit put to work may fix the issue anyways, so probably won't matter  :P

Awesome sauce, and it might be the file size, then again there may be other factors. My best guess is like yours with the file size, and since the comp has loaded many chars before hand, the RAM limit the game has may be exceeded and force shuts down to prevent overloading/is overloaded. Not sure how the mugen chars are loaded into the game, but Im sure they would go to the ram for easy access, and when a new char is added, maybe it's added first before another one is removed. The crashes happen only occasionally, and never if they were selected for the first match, so with that it mind the size issue sounds very plausible.

Course that may be over thinking the situation, but ah well. Thanks for the update Speedy, I'll be sure to pick the update when I can  :sugoi:

Did ask earlier if you wanted me to test out the others xD I'll give your Noel a test run when I can (the others as well if needed).

Also picked up Rachel yesterday, and now I can say she's fair (and a pretty good fighter at that).

Nanashi_1337 I finally tested out that Potemkin-Ogre by Tokage character. My Tager's magnet is almost identical to that character's magnet system except for speed. However that Potemkin-Ogre seems to have a problem with it's Atomic Collider magnet. My Tager's Atomic Collider has a magent, but I still need to work on it a bit more.

Also that  Potemkin-Ogre charatcer is really glitchy at the moment.

Some feedback dude:

Noel
- Gave a quick run with your Noel, and she handles pretty good from what I can tell. My only slight nitpick is how fast you need to input her gun commands (I'm not familiar with the name of the move, but its after pressing z, then any of the buttons can be pressed after to preform the moves). Within the original version, that move is slower, giving time for the player an easier time to chain them together. Although I'm not sure if you intentionally left it faster or not, but it doesn't really hurt the character (it's only something I need to get use to is all).

Tsubaki
- Practiced with Tsubaki a bit, and I noticed that her super (qcf x2 + c) can't be used when you charge up Tsubaki with the z button. I know of the stronger version attached to the qcb x2 + c, just seemed a bit odd (but again, something I can get use to).

- Next thing is that I noticed when Tsubaki launches an opponent in the air and they land on the ground, she can still hit them when they're just lying flat on their back. Now I do like this since I can send them back in the air with qcf + attack button or hit them with a super, but wasn't sure if this was intentional or not.

- Also noticed that in comparison to Noel, Tsubaki's run and jump isn't as fast or goes that high (the jump being reasonable, since short jumps would help her combo wise). Was that also intentional? Although either way Tsubaki is still pretty good.

That about does it. I seriously need to get to studying, so I'll test more later xD

Ah that's perfectly fine, since all of that was intentional then I don't have any problems with it. The damage doesn't need to be increased, at least from what I can tell it's fine as is.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention one other thing for Noel; usually the combos from the z attacks could be cancelled into her super (usually when she throws her gun in it's spinning motion). Here I noticed I couldn't with this Noel. I do have another way to combo it in now, but just curious if being unable to cancel to her super from her z combos was intentional too.

I didn't make z cancel into the super because that super does like 400 damage and it doesn't have a damage dampener and being able to cancel during z would be too easy to do resulting in too much damage. If you can convince me to change it, please do so.
If only I could, haha. When you think about it, the speed of the z combos gives very little time for the super input other than the gun throw, and chances are if you mess up you're open for attack already. Least with the original version there's usually some push back to give the Noel player room after the attack. Here if the gun throw is blocked and you mess up afterwards, the Noel player probably will get a beating.

But since there's no damage dampener, it might be better off this way. Don't know enough Noel players to justify if people like chaining their combos like that to her super.

After like a week after this release, with no serious negative comments I can only assume that this was indeed a good release and I am improving :)

Thanks guys for all the help, It took me awhile to get the characters to what they are now, without problems, and I hope it was worth the wait.

Again thx guys and expect more "BlazBlue_S" characters in the future.  :)

Ack, found something very peculiar about your Rachel today (feedback time once again xD).

I was testing out some stages for kicks, and decided to watch Rachel go up against Sol=Badguy. When Rachel reached Danger on her health bar, the next hit instant killed her. Regardless of how weak the attack, it instant kills her. Sol has never done that to anyone else, and no one else has done that to Rachel.

Not sure what might be the problem, something about the coding of the two reject each other or something.
Will need to do more testing on this

That's the "Life" mode I made for my characters from what you tell me. Read the readme for more info on about the "modes" that can be selected and what they do. I added the modes so it changes up the gameplay a bit so you don't fight against the "same thing" over and over again.

So, you mention you didn't chain the super from her Z links, no? That pretty much hinders her playability, try to find a way to dampen the damage in the super to make it worth to chain. Well, I suggest that, since from the VERY few times I play BB, i feel that's necessary for her to play around.

Also... her OTG moves are pretty much useless. Have you thought in force the opponent to be downed (over 5 or 10 ticks) to make them at least a bit more useful to play around for juggles and OTG damage?

Other than that, that's all I could throw of feedback for Noel.

I'm still thinking about to make the z chainable to the super but every other combo can chain into it BTW.

For the OTG hits, if your talking about the D,D + B +c,c,c,c,c  I don't want to make it so you can juggle them any further because it might cause infinites because different characters have different liedown times and if one has a very long one that might result in an infinite.

Aah, I see. Makes sense now, although it's kind of weird that it only happens against Sol and no one else from what I could tell. Or maybe she needs to lose the first round then her AI selects that mode for the second round... Thanks for clearing that up for me  :P

Oh, there was one other thing too that I forgot to mention. I pit her against Hazama on one particular blazblue stage, and whenever she was interrupted during her super, the lighting just becomes white blocks. Got crazy to the point of lag during the fight too (but that's probably because of all the stuff I have open). Probably more an issue cus of lag, but thought to mention it just in case. Otherwise, Rachel is perfect for my mugen  ;D

First, the life mode death should work with everyone. During life mode once the life is 300 or less they automaticly die. It should be active for both rounds. For the other thing can you give me a screen shot of this? The only white things that can possibly come from that are the lightning hitsparks...

Little known FACT: If you use the equation, (z)velocity = (((x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2)^.5) / time and z = a small decimal number in mugen you can get something that follows something else. Useful for heat seeking missiles, black holes, magnet effects, a projectile aimed for an enemy's head... Seriously, try it! It's awesome!

Hmm, maybe it was for both rounds, I forget now, haha.

I'll work on getting that screenshot then.

Hmm, the closest I've gotten is bringing the lag back (apparently it was both Rachel and Hazama causing the lag, nothing else), otherwise haven't run into that white block replacing the lighting yet. If I run into it again, I'll try to get a screenshot for you.

Sorry but I always hated Hazama from BBCS. I will probably make a Hazama for one of my last BB characters I make. I always get requests to do someone's favorite BlazeBlue character but you guys need to be patient. I am now starting work on Bang  ;) and will post updates about it in my Blazblue project thread in the projects section. I am however going to try to make as many Blazblue characters I can with the resources I have and the skills I have.

For the next update, all my characters combos will be much more "tightend up"  ;) and any remaining glitches should be fixed but unfortunately a new glitch seems to pop up every now and then when testing different things but I'll do what I can. Also there will be a few more things added to my characters.  ;)
