I mostly don't play hentai chars because the creators are usually only thinking about how to make convincing genitals or have convincing compatibility with Slime/Kuromaru, and don't focus at all on making the char not play like shit.

I think it's just not popular enough throughout the community. It seems that most aren't into it. I don't blame them. If I was playing, I wouldn't want that in my game either. I've seen that Naked Joe and agree that it's hilarious. I think they could be more considered for shits and giggles more than anything else.

I don't fully understand what you are saying but I believe I mentioned I was ok with topless at times or "sexy KO's" as a mechanic and not full on hentai chars.
