Color loss very bad.
also background image in a slant, not the most ideal image for a city scape.

right here in every screenshot.



the sky in real life even in a dark sky should have more than 6 colors.
the buildings shouldnt be set to a limited color as well.

i recommend you learn the RBG method for making stages. the results are excellent.
