Elecybte told me that he was working on Bison, Karin, and Leona for Mugen 1.0, but they're not finished yet. He also told me that he's not sure If they have any serious bugs, and he's not sure If he can modify them later, So I can share them as I wish.

I haven't played with them that extensively, but I have encountered a glitch in which Bison and Leona are able to stand and walk in mid-air. I can't pinpoint specifics, but It seems to have something to do with getting hit in mid-air. I haven't experienced the glitch with Karin yet, but I'm open to the possibility that she has It too.
