That image is a recreation from the really great DC Christmas story "Yes Tyrone, There is a Santa Claus"; wherein Superman tries to restore a child's faith in Santa Claus by dressing up as Super-Santa and flying a sleigh full of presents to the kid's house, but is confronted by a jetpack'd Batman, who lambasts Superman for wasting his time and taking the night off from superheroing to play dress up. Superman is convinced by Batman's tirade and flies away, but eventually reconsiders and decides to at least give the kid the presents. When he arrives at the house he finds that Batman is there, dressed as Bat-Santa, stealing Superman's idea and getting all the credit. So Superman socks him right in the face!
