I originally had regular Winmugen, and any ogg worked fine. Then I decided to switch Winmugen Plus and copied it to the same folder, now it tells me this everytime something is supposed to play an ogg file: "This application has failed to start because NSCRT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I tried using that dll, but nothing worked. Could it have something to do with my plugins?
Still no go This is how I have my plugins in my mugen.cfg:plugin = looptype=2, plugins/DJ-VAN.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg, in_cube.dll, adx, in_mp3.dll, in_mpc.dll, mpcplugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_mad150b.dll, mp3, mp2, mpgplugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_wave.dll,plugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_mp30.dll,plugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_mp31.dll,plugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_mpc.dll,plugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_cube.dll, plugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_mp3.dll,mp3plugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_mad.dll,mp3,mp2,mpgplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_mp3PRO.dll,mp3plugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_mp3.dll, mp3, mp2, mpgplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_vorbis.dll, oggplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_adx.dll, adxplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_ape.dll, apeplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_snes.dll, spc,sp1,sp2,sp3,sp4,sp5,sp6,sp7,sp8,sp9,sp0plugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_psf.dll, psf, minipsf, psf2, minipsf2, psflib, psf2libplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_qsf.dll, qsf, miniqsf, qsflibplugin = looptype=2,plugins/in_ym.dll, gym, cymplugin = looptype=2,plugins/zlib.dll, zipThis is my plugins folder: http://i43.tinypic.com/2nlvfxt.jpg

When a program complains about missing DLL files you need to put them in the main folder or in c:/windows/system32

Sorry for the noob questions. I put NSCRT.dll in the main folder, I didn't get the error, but ogg didn't play and when I press esc, it freezes.
In the folder, right-click and select New->Text DocumentEdit it and writewinmugen winmugenplus -configpluginsThen save it and rename it to .bat instead of .txt
Thats excellent advice Insanius, you have too many plugins turned on they are overprioritzing one anotherthats also a good way to make a quick mugendebug.batadditionally check my answer to this topic it works alot of music problems out no hasslehttp://mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=99148.0
