First off, Happy New Year everyone! Here's to hoping that this year will be better than the last one! :sugoi: I appreciate everyone's support and input on this project. So far I have about 60%-70% of his sprites captured, and it seems as though editing them won't take as long as I thought it would. I've been messing around with Particle Illusion a bit, and find that it is worth the investment. :lugoi: A few quick questions just so I know what I'm dealing with though:

1. 0_o? Falcon knee!? I may not be as observant as most people are, but I'm not sure what is meant by this move... Do you mean the knee attack he does just before he does the infinite punching thing in his melee combo? Or are you talking about his Up-B move where he jumps, grabs, and makes his opponents go all explody and everything (and yes, that move is called the Falcon Dive, though he is jumping... :S). At any rate, if it's what I think it is, I've already plans to make that move. If it isn't give me some details, and I'll be happy to include it in Cap's arsenal.

2. Is there a main difference between the regular Falcon Kick and the Dashing Falcon Kick? The only thing I can see is that the coding for the regular Falcon Kick could be reserved for Air moves, where he shoots downwards at an angle, and the Dashing Falcon Kick is the one where he glides across the ground. May I have some clarification on what you mean please?

3. Any suggestions for winposes/intros? I was thinking of going with the classic "enter the battlefield with his vehicle, jump off, pose, and the vehicle leaves" intro, but I don't know where to find sprites for his vehicle, and I'm scared to sprite them myself. Anyone up for the challenge?

I believe it's his airial forward-A move.

I like that intro very much, it was my favorite during the old N64 Smash Bros. days. For win poses, I was kinda thinking of incorporating some of the winposes he had after winning a match in Super Smash Bros. Melee. I think I could use MSPaint and come up with the Blue Falcon vehicle from a side view, I just need to kinda get to know the transperiency color so I know what I'm working with.

Hey Ryuji, you need to let me know if you got the stuff I e-mailed you. Also, let me know if you need me to edit the Blue Falcon sprite at all (Thinner lines maybe?).

Hey Ryuji, thought I'd let you know that I finished the sprite. Before sending it, I thought I'd ask your opinion on it by getting a preview. I know, it looks crappy, but I tried to model it off of the image I had shown earlier. Hope you like it.

See if you can make the nose of the ship a little longer, and change the 7's to 07, add a little shading here and there, and you've got it. But definitely make the nose longer.

Well, I took the advice, and here's version 2. Added shading in certain areas, some white highlights for the windshield, nose extended (Might need to be longer?), and 7's are now 07's. Overall, I like this one more than the first, hope you do too.


EDIT: Any comments on this newer version?
