open ff. Go to sprites section. Press add button. See if works. If not go try again.

Me suggest trial error. It faster than ask question and wait answer.

Sorry about that. Need to get it off my chest sometimes. Diving in and trying is a WAY faster method of getting anything done especially when it's something thats ground level (and you should KNOW adding sprites is ground level) In addition, all we can really do is give you generics when you use phrases like "don't know how" or "it doesn't work" without providing a decent bloody explanation as to what the problem is.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

First, convert your sprites to .PCX format in 256 colors and all sharing the same palette. If you don't know how to do this, look at tutorials or search for it on this forum. I believe it's been asked over and over again.

Then get Fighter Factory and:

Have fun.

you can say I tried that. When I added the sprites, all of them look real weird. I'm guessing I didn't convert them to 256 colors or make a pallete that all of them can use, which I don't know how.
