Bullets work pretty well if you aim is good. You could always jump on a building but that may not be insta though.

Steps;

1. Go to your Mugen folder.

2. Select your character. (Example: Ryu)

3. Right click on the folder.

4. Click delete

There you go. You have insta-killed something.

Sorry I was confused because you are posting in the area to request for a character. If this were say in the development help section then I might have known what you were talking about.

instakill your operating system which includes mugen

Hey Gozar. I warned you to not make any posts like you did last time. You posted a Mugen tip, which was completely wrong in what it did, in development help, then you left development help to come post this topic in requests. I'm convinced you're doing this on purpose and I reaaaallly wanna ban you. Think more carefully next time you make a topic. And I mean reeeeeaally carefully.

Okay, can't we just have one topic? I'm getting confused and not doing this on purpose. NOBODY is telling me where to put these... so i put them where the title of the topic is reasonable. If you have a question, first off check the board to see if has already been answered.
Otherwise post it in Help, it's not complicated.

All I can say about the other thing is lurk more and know what you're talking about before you say it.
