Yeah I know what your saying.
I'm trying to make the move ticks kind of the same for most things.
Like for crouching attacks I use the same ticks nearly everytime.
And same goes for walking animations and jumping animations.
The main reason I'm getting accurate ticks is to make the special moves and throws feel right.
Kinda strange but I woke up today and her hand was on my ass cheek
I won't suspect anything though I'll take it she was sleeping and didn't notice

About getting accurate animation times, be careful. Characters come from different games, so the way they're animated and framecounts may be completely different. It's more important to have each character blend with the others (achieving same gameplay style for each) rather than saying "each character has accurate animtimes from their own game).

I agree on that.

All my FF3 characters are fine with the ticks but, I can tell that once I start on the CPS characters I'm going to have to get the accurate ticks.
I already tried my own spin on the ticks with the Slam Masters characters but, it looks terrible. Trust me, some characters need it but, some don't.

Well if he did and the sprites are open source I would be happy to add Dan to the roster as some sort of hidden character. He could be in a hidden part of the select screen.

Cyberbots anyone?

As you can see, Fordy is only just taller than Guy and thats only due to his cannon on his back. This meens they probably would look natural in the game if I added them.
They have enough animations and moves for me to make them into characters for CCC.
Also, they each have there own super so thats even better.

If enough people agree with having Cyberbots then I'll put them in the roster.
Don't know what characters I would put in the Cyberbots team though as there are plenty of robots to choose from in Cyberbots. Suggestions welcome.

Cyberbots would be interesting, and it'd be nice if you could could somehow tie the pilots to the bots. If you picked Blodia for example, perhaps Jin could show up in it's portraits? Just an idea.

Cyberbots???

I don't agree by two reasons:

1- Fordy isn't a bit taller than Guy, he is SEVERAL FEETS taller. He is a giant robot, its very non sense to have it at the same scale (its a miniature?)
2- His graphics don't match, they have many more colors.

1. roflmao. I can't believe I never thought of that detail. I think I was basing the sprite too much on size compared to Guy.

2. Colours don't really matter IMO.

Because of your first point I think we should just leave them. Also, we would have to add some Cyberbots stages and all the stages are tiny cities cause the robots are giants.

So, for now on I'm going to be focusing on ripping all sprites for every character in the roster. I'll still be working on Guy but once he's released don't be expecting any progress on characters.

The reason I'm doing this is I keep getting delayed when coding because the sprite sheet I have is missing some sprites or, I just haven't ripped all the sprites for that character yet. Once I get this done I'll be able to code characters on the fly. This also meens a sooner beta release so yeah, it's much better ripping first.

Also, an update of Haggar will also be released when Guy is.
