It also had a stupid charge time that let you evade it, dunno if that's the case with this char, but that would balance out it bieng a level 1 super, like level 1 galactica phantoms without autoguard.
Syacho's stuff is hosted on Beppu's site. He also made an NGBC K' and a custom Akiha with Satsuki's body IIRC.
