as I dont have screenshots I decided to discuss this here well, to make it short, I decided to come back to mugen but this time I'll only work on fullgame stuff, and in HI-RES winmugen only .my first project will be the next one, finish my old project, the Capcom VS SNK W fullgame system, and for that, I decided to ask help or suggestions here.HELP NEEDED SECTION:basically I found 2 annoying bugs, during the survival result screen and during some super special finishers the foreground of the stages stay and overlaps the graphics used on the background of both the KO and survival result screens, if someone fixed that already in the last version of CVSW please tell me how.another thing I really need help is on the simul mode, a way to recognize which char is the player 1, 2, 3 and 4 in order to be able to display their correct portraits in the fight, if someone has a way that works with warusaki chars, send me the code (of course, test it first )NEW IDEAS/ WORK IN PROGRESS:well, first of all I'll change some sounds and music, nothing really groundbreaking.second thing, the time and lifebars will be helpers now (YAY!!)if I manage to get the simul mode detection working correctly, I will put the team modes on the game, team arcade will be the "arcade mode" and the current arcade mode will be replaced by a new mode, the "CVS Boost" mode, a side-scrolling adventure mode which will have a boss near the end of each stage (for now 6 stages are planned, and I may need help on this, a lot of ). any suggestions here will be apreciated.the intro against the bosses in arcade mode will have a dialog before the battle starts.re-do the survival mode (101 stages are too much for it ). if anyone have some suggestions about new modes for it, please post them here (of course, dont post retarded stuff )and of course, some interactive stages (working on this now). the interaction wont be stuff that modify the battle itself but it will be more like "graphical stuff only", like wheater changing, or people doing stuff on the BG, plus, some chars will have a friend/enemy/someone they know on the background if they play on their respective stages (like ken having sean in his stage, or juni having bison on the BG if she's not against him). there are already 30 stages planned (one for survival mode too, which willtell you in which stage you are)well, if you have any other ideas, post them, I'll soon post some shots of the new stuff...
Huh ?! No replies ? I guess noone is interesed in this very quality project... CVSW Boost Mode seems great from your describe. Finally "somewhat" story mode in Mugen. YAY! Dialogues before final fights also seems nice Also thank you for making survival shorter. 100 fioght it's bit too much even for hardcore gamers. As for stages 30 means really alot. I would like to see some interactive stuff like in SyN works (breaking bridges etc.)Questions:Since Warusaki3 recently split up some his chars you are planning made separate portraits for them in select screen ?All stages will be from scratch or you use few ones from CVS2 ?Are you planning update CVS Slash in the future ? I know you are focusing on full game stuff but you promised that update long time ago and I use your screenpack over six months know and I'd like to know if I can still wait...Can't wait to see some screenshots Good luck
