One MP3 for multiple character endings?

I' m making endings for all my guys but I only have 3 mp3s of music I'd like to avoid the wasted gigs of putting one copy of the song in each folder.

Can I put the 3 mp3s in the data or the sound folder and have the endings pull the music from there?

It depends. I had some issues on the path syntax in 1.0. Try and see if it works.
