Ono is a fighting game person. The most non-fighting we'd get out of him would be a Street Fighter RPG. Dear god, we all know that would be horrible.

Namco X Capcom was made by Monolith Soft. And it still had fighting game elements. And let me correct myself. He's MOSTLY a fighting game person.

Ok, back to the topic, i'm now worried that the new title is NOT Dakrstalkers. And how would Namco vs Capcom work out? Most of the Tekken and Soul Calibur characters don't even have attacks.

he means that capcom came up with a moveset for marvel characters based on their comics. they didn't have a 2d fighting game moveset before that

it's similar with tekken/sc characters except they have several trademark moves and you probably haven't played the games and don't know what you're talking about

I'm not going to even comment on this.

Everyone would play like Fei-Long unless they decided to completely revamp their moveset.

i would personally love to see something like that. snk did it with samurai shodown and king of fighters, both of which turned out to be fantastic rpgs.
