Well since my PC has become totally unreliable when it comes to Mugen related matters I figured I'd release this before it starts collecting dust, maybe someone else can make something out of it since I can't.

WHAT THIS HAS
-Complete set of character sprites using Insanius's CVS2 rips, perfect axis.
-Color separation of the eyes/teeth and NGBC style facial hair.
-Small portrait by Jin.

WHAT THIS DOESN'T HAVE
-Effects, hitsparks, etc.
-Custom animations (sake bottle swing, issen, etc.)

Everything you need should be there.  I have the AIR as well but it's unfinished, however I will upload it as well if anyone wants.
