Is it free or does it cost money?I would like to follow Cyanide's Narutorials but it requires you to use PSP.I only have GIMP, I find it difficult to follow along his tutorials since I am unfamiliar with GIMP and I don't know how to do some of the things I need to do in his tutorials using GIMP.I thought maybe using PSP will make my work not as hard.So my question is...Does Paint Shop Pro cost money or is it free? (legally)Otherwise, I'll probably stick with GIMP.

Unfortunatly spending $60 won't really be worth it for me.I probably won't really use it as much.Besides, I'm trying to save money for a 3DS and I don't know how spending money online works anyways.

Looks like there's actually some decent links here too, including some, old versions for those that are unfortunate enough to buy the latest version. Not to mention newer is not always better, but least it is there.
Download the 7.04 version (the 30-days trial), is the best out there and it comes with the Animation Shop (to create/modify GIF). Also, there're a lot of sites where you can find cracks to keep that version for free *cofcofAstalavistacofcof*
