Palette stuck on screen

So, I tried playing Accelerator on Mugen 1.1 and this is happening. His palette is stuck on my screen. What should I do? :(

His portrait is stuck because the lifebar uses the portrait's sprite group. You can either change the character's portrait into something that matches the lifebar, or change the lifebar's portrait sprite group so that it would no longer use that sprite.

I just changed my lifebar into something else and it fixed the problem. Thank you!
