Are you sure this is for Shadow Lady? It looks like It's supposed to be for Chun-Li.

No clue. I've never heard of it. But the palettes are normal palettes for his Chun-Li, so if those palettes are the same, it should be fine. Just assign a palette from Group 160 (160,0 - 160,32) or one from Group 159 (159,0 - 159,12) for Mystique.
