Patches for Kamekaze chars?

]I checked his website and got his mvc2 chars (for example MVC2Colossus) but it seems whenever he or the other chars do a throw move, the opponent char goes flying trough the sky and i have to reset the match.  Is this a known bug or is there a patch to fix this?
I am using 1.0

EDIT:  I took this shot e playing against one of his chars..

that happens 'cause they were'nt made for da' simul mode. unfortunately there's nothing you can do :P
