Hello you all! It's my first post here, so I'll do a short presenting before talking about my WIP.I'm Skau, 19 years old and I started using MUGEN in early 2007, surely because a very customizable fighting engine is something that a 13-year-old kid would love to play with. I made some stages and screenpacks when I was 14, nothing really worth mentioning here.Well, this is not my first attempt at coding a char to MUGEN. I'm sure I'm doing pretty well with this Peacock, at least she's not a KFM spriteswap anymore.Colision boxes and animations still need some work, but I already gave her some of her specials, most of them need to be polished, though. Here are some screenshots:Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyI plan to do a Alpha/Beta Release in November. Please, feel free to post here any suggestions, opinions or advices.Thank you all for the attention.
First Yun... now... Peacock...My days of waiting are over... finally we will have Peacock*Cries of joy*Thank you, man... please continue and good luck.
Awesome! Wonderful to see her in Mugen. I have never played Skullgirls honestly but the sprite style is so awesome and unique! Looking forward to this for sure, good luck man.
Wait a sec... you've made some content already, have been working this ON TOP of fiddling with the engine for 7 years??You should share some of your work. I would love to see what you can do.
W-w-wait, where did you got these crispy clean sprite-rips from? The Skullgirls character sprite rips at MFG are full of artifacts and thus cannot be used.
Hello again guys! Thank you all for posting. I'll do my best to make this char fully playable on MUGEN ASAP, she was my favorite pick on Skullgirls. I noticed that there were no news for any Peacock WIPs on the internet, then I decided to try converting her myself, since she is fun to play and would be a good addition to any MUGEN roster.【WTF】Trinitronity said, September 13, 2014, 09:41:18 amW-w-wait, where did you got these crispy clean sprite-rips from? Of course, there are some transparency problems in some sprites, but this is nothing that you can't solve with Photoshop or even MS Paint.Saikoro said, September 13, 2014, 03:55:16 amWait a sec... you've made some content already, have been working this ON TOP of fiddling with the engine for 7 years??You should share some of your work. I would love to see what you can do. When you're messing with computers, you can say that there are two kinds of data: the lost data, and the data that you will lose. Unfortunately, I've lost all of my pre-MUGEN 1.0 work, after that, I did nothing beside trying to code Chie Satonaka from P4A around two years ago, which I failed because I was unexperienced with MUGEN coding. Anyway, thank you for showing interest in my previous work. I'm sure that you will see what I can do when I get some real progress on this WIP.
I will try to do a palette template in case someone wants to do pals for her...Wish me luck. EDIT:*returns after a huge bunch wave of hits and color split*Ughhh... it was tought... but... here is it...Ugh... it's... bad... yeah... i give up... someone do it better...*lies down dead*
