In people's minds, a man should be manly in a game where you're controlling a vampire with guns and swords. In DOA Extreme Bitch Volleyball (!!!) girls should be girly since you're seeing them in their swimming suit and that's the appeal to the buyers. People usually expect their stuff to follow "standards" (as in stereotypes) and use words to show their disappointment, and sometimes use ... yeah ... "insults". When saying "Dante is gay and Vergil is a girly emo dumbfuck", it IS an insult, but not towards the gay community, the feminists nor the emo community.

I agree it may not be a wise choice of words, I understand a homosexuel going "hey, not all homosexuals looks like Dante!!!", but it's just a way of talking, and people should not feel offended for a yes or a no.
