I understand. It's just not what happened and this here shouldn't have caused this kind of discussion, just because a few people used a word that could be taken the wrong way and a few other people took the word the wrong way.

Nigga is used in a positive way , "this is gay" is used in a negative way. Even then nigga is still not usually considered a positive thing to just throw around .

You are using a word usually associated with living people to imply something is terrible, if you used nigga to do the same you sure as hell would have people mad at you. How do you even think nigger was used? to imply simply a group of people? Its a insult.
Making gay an insult is the same thing as using jew as an insult.

Actually I think this started mainly after Maverick said a gay friend of his said that Dante and Vergil looked "suspicious" or something, as in implying they were actually homosexual.

Mav's friend is entitled to his opinion, although my opinion is that this statement by Mav is suspicious. But if what he says is true and he really has a friend who said that, good for him I guess.

Mav (or his imaginary friend) were implying that Dante/Virgil were actually gay as in homosexual. But GBK and Jean carried the discussion in a diferent context or so it seemed.

Also Mav was being an asshole regardless of being a physical asshole or not. We might never know.

I know, you still don't get it even after I tell you what it is, you just reject it (which doesn't mean you're right). That only means you can't follow a discussion properly and you're only trying to list contradictions just to insult people you don't like, while not providing anything to the discussion.

I think Byakko is really commenting on his view of nigga/nigger - aka, he, and many people consider them completely different terms based on context and general meaning.

It's not uncommon for someone to say, "Nigga is not offensive, but don't you dare use "Nigger!"" even with the petty difference between 2 letters.

Of course there are instances where they can be one in the same, but I'm pretty sure that's Byakko's point.

For Shundhi, I set up that email, precisely to log on to MFG, just as I did for some of the others. Those e-mail passwords are lost in my memory along with 4 (maybe 5) other accounts that you guys never knew I had. :ninja:
