Hey guys, thanks for the link. Hopefully the sprites help out.

As far as everything that isn't sprites, I touched on this in the thread, but a more direct approach may help here. A lot of the files have changed their format since the BB days, and I honestly don't know much about .pacs, endians, things of that nature. I just use the tools Tunglashor graciously provided and spend a lot of time getting it done.

Anyway, I know some of you know about this stuff, so here are some of the files from the /ETC/ folder. If you can work them out, let me know and I'll either send you the files I have or use whatever you can teach me to do the rest. I sent a PM to Tunglashor already, but no word yet.

Basically everything regarding character art, lifebars, stage/character select, profiles, menus... all of that is in this format, as far as I can tell. So if anyone can help out, I'd appreciate it.

Why would you ask on Dustloop for the voices when I pretty much just told you I can't rip anything else?

The .pac file atm is encrypted, while opening the .pac file opens to another .pac file that ends with .hip extensions >_>. If one knows how to convert .hip files, then the rips will be work... but I'm not that knowledgeable atm to create my own source viewer.. you have to wait for tunglashdor(I think that was his name) to reply. He was the one who made the BB viewer and whatnot but I think that's at a standstill atm.

So... the probably solution is to solve the encryption, and crack the files out of the .pac extension, but that requires probably skills in experienced cracking/reverse-engineering..

Those Blazblue voices Layer ripped....were they the arcade or console version?  Maybe you could ask him?

I think they were the console version, but only the jap voices got ripped.

Welp, there is a way to rip them now.  A post in dustloop suggests using the exah3pac tool to extract those .pacs. Problem is, the textures is in .xpr format and you need the XDK(Xbox Development Kid) unbundler tool, which is only for developers... xprexpress won't work with these .xpr files.

I have the HUD rips atm, =x, I'm too busy trying to convert the .xpr files to usable textures... with unbundler of course.

I see well please let me know if your able to get them. I'm interested in taking a crack of making the screen pack with bars.

I would make the  characters I'm way too busy with Rusty Hearts atm to do so that game is just so fun
I oftentimes play Rusty Hearts so I may not respond quickly so wait about an hour or more if I'm asleep to respond
