Though not many details are known at this time, it's said the game is to have "simple controls" with the gameplay system including both a "Burst and Tension Gauge". There is a Famitsu scan which you can check out below that apparently contains more information about the game. Once more details surface we will be sure to post them up!

gg/bb stole everything they are from doujing games anyway, so even if yiour sentence it's true it's more than deserved for the subgenre from which arksys stole everything to take something back.

Can't really say much because there are no gameplay videos, so thus, I do not have an opinion yet.

The character designs are not original at all, but there's a small chance it could be good as a fighting game. I just want to see some gameplay videos to get a better idea of what this game will play like. Thats all.

If there is even a story, I am going to assume that girl in goth lolita clothing is the Phantom Breaker, or the sword is the Phantom Breaker.

We have...
Gothic Loli with Sword
Barehanded Bishounen with some sort of glove or brace on his hand or something
Maid
From what I can make out in the famitsu scans, there is a girl in brown holding a gun.
Pink lolita styled loli with magic staff
Another gothic loli, only with blonde hair and a club made of gems or something
A girl in a tux
A miko

Don't forget that Blazblue's character design wasn't all too original either, but it was a good fighting game with an even better story.

What are you talking about?  BB's character designs were awesome and had tons of personality.  All of these guys look like generic NPCs from some JRPG.
