As you can see, I've run out of bandwidth or whatever photobucket tends do to its users.So like, could someone tell me how to fix this problem without having to upgrade to some shitty paid account?
You just have to wait it out, it resets every day of the month, the day you first registered (so if you registered on the 21th, it will reset the 21th of the month as well).

If you're going to loan avatars to others and the like post them on imgur so it doesn't break for them either.
I don't think Imgur has bandwidth limits, or at least, I haven't run into them yet. My Pokémon Collection on MFFA gets a lot of visitors and nothing's come up, so yeah.
