I support the second portion of Titiln's post: Just don't allow people to question the authenticity of someone's picture. If someone says it's them, you either believe them or not. And if you think someone is posting pictures of someone else, notify the staff and we can play detectives, because some of us are obviously interested in this type of stuff.That's the simplest solution. Plus, boasting and claiming that someone is not who they say they are not only hinders the investigation that could be done, but it causes this stupid situation we have here. That's why police don't give out every bit of detail of a case to the media, it hinders the investigation when people know too much about what investigators know. That's why if you suspect someone is lying, you should be settle in notifying staff. Also, if being an internet detective is entertaining for you, fine, there's nothing wrong with that; just be smart about it.

If it helps Navana, its always good to come clean. If it helps, back in '08, I used to do the same shit you were doing (general trolling). Sure, it was great for some laughs (both myself and my little friends [size=4pt]Who don't even matter anymore, now that I think about it[/size]) but in the end, I ended up destroying my reputation and trust among the users in this forum. You obviously enjoy being on this forum along with contributing to the community (which is something we can all admire). But without trust, you're not going to catch a break. How do we know when your telling the truth? How do we know that the "stage" you uploaded contains a harmful virus?See where I'm going with this?Best thing you can do now is to tell the truth, apologize, and move on. End result: most users will forget about this whole ordeal in the long term.
What Iced said. You can't just ask people to drop it and expect them to like you. Apologize, move on, and others will follow suit. Keep releasing quality stages, and eventually it'll all blow over.
